Tips for choosing an agent

Some tips from our experience in the Polish Real Estate market , not to be acted upon without first getting relevant professional advice.

Selling/Letting a property:

If you are selling or letting a property, check out their website and see how they advertise other properties. Are the pictures well presented and the descriptions concise?

NokNok MLS:

Ask the Agent if they actively use NokNok MLS, a database of current buyers and renters in the City. Whilst your details will only go to registered NokNok MLS users, the more active agencies are more likely to speed up the process for you.

Agents:

In general, we believe the best agent is also the best listener.

If an agent is sending you properties that do not match your search, they may not be the right agent for you.

At the same time, be open to their ideas. A good agent will not let you buy or rent a property they think is not right for you, despite your initial thoughts.

Cooperate:

Generally, agents cooperate with other agencies so your agent can negotiate on any property in the city on your behalf regardless of who represents the property owner or client.

Questions:

Dont hesitate to ask as many questions as you need to. Agents (both Property and Credit) are busy people but the best ones will take the time to make sure you are comfortable with your choices.

Feedback:

Although we are not responsible for the Agents you choose, we would like you to have the easiest experience. If you do have any issues with particular agencies, or would simply like to commend them to us, we would love about it
